INDUCTION SOLDERING AND BRAZING

The JUTRONIC Medium frequency generators are preferred for heating process in which two or more metals are joined together by means of another metal alloy with a lower melting point.

Properties

Output power range from 10 kW to 100 kW

Nominal frequency range from 1 k Hz to 90 kHz

Very well suited for soldering of steel, nickel, copper, lead, tin, zinc or aluminum, generally with silver, copper, lead and tin alloys.

Advantages and benefits

Short heating times

No overheating, very low time-to temperature

Selective heat - focusing the heat

Minimizing of warpage and distortion

Very low oxidation

Heating and soldering under inert atmosphere

Accurate control and high levels of repeatability

Environment friendly technology
